Hello everyone, I’m new to the industry I just finished a trailer build and I have been struggling with the soap dispenser that comes with the Simpson 4200 PSI 4.0 GPM machine that comes with a honda gx390 and a cat pump. I had attached an external unloader to avoid burning the pump when of the trigger but after installing that I’m loosing pressure through the soap dispenser as water is going out there. I have read every possible post in here but haven’t been able to find the correct part to replace it completely or even a plug that will fit on top to close it out. See picture attached for reference. I appreciate any help on figure out how I can replace it or close it out. Thanks in advance
If i’m reading this right, when you’re running the machine water is coming out of that little barb? is that correct? If so, that injector is bad and you just need to replace it.
if an injector is malfunctioning like the OP is saying then you simply have to replace the internal parts. My bet is stuck/missing parts. After many many months of hard use the physical orifice inside the injector itself will widen and fall out of spec slowly and the actual injector body itself will need replacing.
Thanks for the comments, what I wanted to do is eliminate it completely but I can seem to find a part with the correct size thread to fit in there. I also wwanted to remove everything inside it and find a plug for the top part to be sealed but can’t find the right threaded plug
