She’s completely on board and we have a SCORE mentor that’s helping us along the way. She just won’t agree to a huge purchase without proof that we can and will get business in our area. Btw we are in El Paso TX. The houses here don’t really get mold, but the concrete is atrocious, so I’m hopeful that will carry us.

That’s one of my target audiences. My insurance is gonna he through the roof with coverage for residential, commercial, and auto. Unfortunately I’ll be putting a ton of elbow grease on those trucks due to the fact I can’t afford a hot water machine just yet.

The only trucks I wash are my own. with a second person who knows what they are doing its not terribly time consuming. I can see how you can make some serious dough if you can handle the contracts.
