Building an X jet chemical containment system

I got lids galore. pm an address and I’ll send you some if you need them

I appreciate the offer, that is very kind of you. I’m trying to switch over to using a 15 gl soap tank now so I may not be using 5’s anymore. What do you use the 5 gl for? I assumed you were running larger chem tanks.

We downstream out of 65 gallon tanks but each truck leaves with 5 or 6 five gallon pails of SH as well for mixing more. One pail on each truck is for elemanator, filled as needed from a drum at the shop.

The top pic is what a truck that just got back from washing out of state looks like. Rode hard and put up wet

Dang… Will downstreaming:

I’m trying to use at least a gallon a day to keep @TimWash happy lol

Haha, that’s crazy, I only use about 110 gl a month.

If your paying your bills thats all that matters. I think sometimes I made more money washing houses by myself than I do know trying to make payroll every week and stay on schedule with property managers. Definitely less stress and headaches.

And yes, that’s a pool noodle taped on the cross member to soften the head knocks when filling the tank. None of us seem to be smart enough to remember it’s there.

Very interesting bed set up William! I’ve never seen a power washer running a service bed, it sure looks like it works though for what you’re doing. What trucks do you run? I couldn’t tell from that back window. I decided to run 80-86 F250 regular cab long beds for house washes and roof cleaning. I’m picking up another one soon to start going through. I’ll pick up a few 1991-2002 15k gvw C3500HD’s chassis cabs when I get around to fleet washing. I’d like to find some older International 4700 21.5k gvw low pro’s but where I’m at they are rare rare rare and besides it would only have the t444e and not the DT466. Older F550’s are out as they are way too much money for the purpose they will be serving.
