Wow, yeah I’ve had to do that before. I believe you don’t suppose to rinse between applications. Apply, wait 5 minutes then reapply and finally rinse. Glad you figured it out. Are they going to pay you to remove it?
We will see. I was subcontracted by a pressure washer who was assigned to this property so he’s going to set up a meeting with the construction company to see what they want to do.
