Yes, yes it is.
Depends on how dirty it was and brick soaks up solution. I always use more mix on brick houses.
Cheap bleach to be smells different, not a clean smell.
I’ve often wondered if the air conditioning units bring the smell of bleach into the house when they’re running during a housewash. Anybody know?
Central a/c units don’t direct any airflow inside from outside. It’s the compressor and copper tubing running inside to the condenser that does the cooling. The fan on the outside of the a/c that blows is just to cool the compressor.
If it does, My homes get a fresh lemon scent post cleaning… Winning!
Sorry Brock, I’m borderline mentally challenged.
You’ve got to be meaning window units, right? Or maybe package units are super common in your area?
Yes there’s a lot of package HVAC units in my area. My house has one in fact but I was mostly referring to window units. I did two houses this week with them.
I have wondered about window units myself. Never had any complaints but I also don’t spray them directly. If I can reach it without a ladder I’ll hand wipe it down with a rag. If it’s up high that’s an AC guys job lol
