Bleach Resistant Shirts

Hey guys, curious if anyone else has had issues with www.bleachresistantshirts.com it has been a nightmare for me sealing with them. I should have heeded the red flags during design, but I saw several posts here recommending them and was trying to get things rolling quick.

When I received my package from Afghanistan, I was excited and surprised by how fast it arrived. I opened the package and everything was wet, had a funky smell, and stains all over. It all immediately went in the washer on cold and minimum heat to dry. To my horror, every single shirt except one out of 13 had some sort of bleeding issue. I contacted them promptly with photos of the various issues and they tried to brush me off saying it was the shadowing effect chosen for the lettering. Through my persistence in pointing out the ither bleeding issues, they told me to take a picture of all 13 shirts and they would send it to the manufacturer. I called out how that was a ridiculous ask to try to see close details of 13 shirts in one photo, but still bunched them together folded as best I could to show issues on all 13 shirts in two pictures. Still was a bit far, but I even circled an issue on each shirt so there was no mistake. They finally stated a new shipment would be sent out the following week. It has been 2 weeks and now they are ghosting me.

I’m thinking about calling them out on their Facebook page and asking for an update, but also fearful on a google review retaliation given that I’m just getting going. Thinking about walking into the local branch of my regional bank and discussing a charge back with them as well. Usually they are good against bs. Any other avenues anyone can think of?

IMO (and I’ve been exactly where you’ve been with various kinds of situations) its best for your energy/stress level to just move on and find a reputable company and re-order the shirts you want. You did enough by letting your forum brothers know that this company is not good. Chalk the expense up to running a business. Its expensive. We make so much money doing what we do but damn do we know how to spend it don’t we?

Sorry to hear that.

I have used these guys for multiple orders and it takes about a month turnaround time but have not had one issue with them being bleached out. They have held up great tbh.

Why in the world would you order something like this from overseas when there are plenty of reputable companies local?

See what the local print shop has. I get nice dri-fit tees with a full back logo and a small chest logo for $12 a piece.

I had no idea they were overseas. I saw a couple recommendations for them on this forum and their website looked legit. I should have realized with the communication gap, but was in a hurry to get everything rolling and had already begun creating all my marketing material based on their background template.

Yes, I realize at the end of the day, I only have myself to blame for lack of due diligence.

Thanks for the recommendations guys, I’ll see if a local company or your recommended vendors can duplicate the design, or at least come close.
