Bleach not stopping

I seldom use them. Mainly use surface cleaner and jrod

You act like you’ve been doing this for 20yrs or something. Great video. And the ending :flushed::face_with_hand_over_mouth:

I was curious about the US solids ones. Amazon?

Sweet! Thanks!

That is gold
If you were to wire a normally open valve and a normally closed valve to the same leg of the switch wouldn’t you automatically switch between sh and water flow to the injector?

Man I’d hate going back and forth to the truck.

Once I start my machine I never go back to the truck until I’m done to turn the machine off.

Just switch between soap and rinse tips (j-rod)

2 complete setups and they both work fine. They never draw soap with the rinse tips.

I’m thinking you got a bad injector.

That’s what I’ve been saying for, like, ever. Guess no one’s gonna listen to me until I actually try it and shoot a video :smirk:

That means you are using high pressure nozzles to rinse with. Most like to use the same nozzles we soap with so the pressure is lower under 100psi in most cases.

Now that I have found a controller on the cheap I’m going to give it a shot as well. Should run $40-$50. Would save a lot of time vs running to the truck to swap the dip tube.

Remotes seem great for a sole operator… I could never imagine having an employee diagnose and fix the remote ball valve.

I’ll stick to the $15 3 way valve so it’s uniform on all the trucks

Yep. Amazon. About $30

Bingo. I put them on the trucks and it was just aggravating

My setup has a injector bypass if I need it. I used it a few times. But with my jrod I just use the two soap tips and the two higher pressure rinse tips. No soap comes out for me. I love the jrod. My injector pulls like crazy though. I haven’t done a test but I suspect that’s one reason I used so much sh on my first job. I have a 5.5/2500 belt drive machine. I probably could have gotten away with diluting that 8.25% I used from Home Depot. The organics started coming off in less than a minute if dwell time. The home was also really nasty. I didn’t expect the 8.25% to work as well as it did. But I injected it straight with some zep citrus cleaner. Worked perfectly.

I have the same issue with mine. I have a ball valve at the end of my hose right before my gun that I just turn a little to create enough back pressure to shut off the chemical injector. You could also buy an injector bypass but then you would have to walk back to your trailer every time you need to use it.

Not rocket science guys… use a $15 plastic 3 way ball valve.

I’ve got one coming

I’m wanting to rinse with the same tip I soap with. I know im not putting out a lot of psi with the 2520 but it feels like it with the volume. Lol it’s taking getting used to going from 5.5 to 8 gpm but I like it especially on concrete. My hydrotek has a k7 unloader it’s spoiled me so in the near future I’m putting one on the water dragon.
