So does the color not show when mixed with the sh first because the sh eats the color by the time it comes out of the Gun? But when mixed with dual barb it comes out before the color goes away?

The color only lasts for a very short time. Depends on how much of the surfactant your spraying, but it doesnā€™t last long. If you try to batch mix with it, it will turn your tank pink, then quickly disappear. Using a proportioning system or dual barb, itā€™s not mixed with the bleach until after the proportioner or the dual barb. So it lasts long enough to travel through the hose and onto the house and then will disappear.

Have you found anything the pink color stained when overspray hit it ? Like cloth material or wood, etc

I havenā€™t. I donā€™t use it on everything though so thatā€™s not to say that there arenā€™t items that it will stain. I only use it with my 12v and I only use it for roofs, stucco, some brick and post treating concrete. But I havenā€™t had any issues with it. I also donā€™t run it very strong. Mine is only a light pinkish color.

I wonder if this surfactant actually makes the sh weaker? obviously the sh is reacting with the marker die causing it to disappear thus using sh but I wonder if itā€™s enough to actually make a difference on how fast it kills organics

I havenā€™t noticed any difference in the strength of my SH when using it. So I would say no, it doesnā€™t weaken it. In my experience any way.

I think itā€™ll show with the xjet but not certain. It also depends when you add it to your SH. When I add it to my DS tank the pink color is gone by the end of the day. Iā€™ve only been DSing it and I like it a lot more than any other surfactant Iā€™ve used in the past. Better scent cover, great suds, and rinses good as well. Itā€™s not thick like other surfactants so that might have something to do with the rinsing quality of it. That being said you still get great if not better suds.

@PMG Iā€™ve used apple wash before. Never xjetted it though so canā€™t offer any help there sorry.
