Did a bit of research, apparently a little acid like One Restore should clean up these black streaks on window frames. Used some Ea Co Chem products but not this one. Is it as simple as check compatibility, apply, dwell 5 minutes then rinse? Is up way to high for a ladder and a brush.
I remove those with soft scrub.
Don’t know what to try if you can’t physically reach it.
I use Dragon Juice but you’ve still got to rub it. You find anything you can spray and rinse, please report back. Run into it a lot.

Do you consider that included in a house wash or is that an upcharge?
If it’s grounf floor I include. If up high tell them I don’t do or there is pretty decent upcharge. Most people don’t want to pay because 95% have never even noticed them.

Tried OneRestore, 50/50 mix, very ineffective. Finished off what I could with Magic Eraser.

Yeah a degreaser works better, those are essentially tiger stripes you see on gutters.
Yeah, I use gutter Grenade……
