Hi Jet-Away,
I’m a sole operator in Brisbane, did you end up making these up yourself? I’m looking for a shooter tip at the moment, any where I can purchase?
Thank you

…here’s the most inexpensive soap application tip tip
I took the black tip everyone hates and placed it in my vice and squashed it until I could get the black plastic off.
With just the brass bit left, I lined up the V tip end into the vice and slowly/carefully crushed it to narrow the gap.
Now it lays down a lovely foamy/soapy mix that the original black tip just didn’t do.
Zero cost.
That was months ago and I still use it every day
^innovation at its finest.
Here some info i have discovered. If you use the regurlar black tip you will use way more chemical than using m5.
True. But not with this method as we have a smaller gap
The REASON the black tip isn’t good is because the original gap doesn’t restrict the flow to create foam/suds.
Bigger gap = more chemical.
Yup… thats the main thing i noticed… The black tip doesnt sud as well and if you want it to sud you have to add alot more soap. So what i find is that because it doesnt sud, i have alot harder time seeing if its bleaching properly
I really think you should give it a go, try the squished black nozzle (it’s free anyway!).
Honestly, I’ve backed my soap level right off as it’s TOO soapy (I was using too much soap to get suds, just like you.).
And the mix lasts longer obviously
Funny thing is i will try it… because if it works you never know when it might come in handy or get me out of a bind
