Sounds good to me! Thank you sir!
But you donāt think Iāll have any problems with staining or anything right? Will the chalk be a pita to get off glass?
Iāve done 1 other home that was chalky but it turned out fine. Was just as dull when I left as when I arrived. Just mold and algae free.
Every House i wash has some oxidation on it. As long as you you hit it with very low pressure it should not disturb it and cause streaking. Also dont use any kind of degreaser or soap that will mess with the oxidation.
Since you already made them aware of it and they are willing to sign a waiver i would send a bid.
I wonder if my freshwash will disturb it?
That faux shake can be a PITA to clean. Iāve never had great luck with certain stains even with a 50/50 mix. It doesnāt clean up like normal vinyl, itās more porous. Every house in MI has oxidized siding, since switching to Simple Cherry Iāve had zero issues. 2k make it worth a day.
Same hereā¦every vinyl house in South Ga has oxidation. I am washing one tomorrowā¦oxidized pretty well on one side. Light pressure normally does not cause a problemā¦I use jrod and stand back from the wallā¦looks good when finished.
Thanks guys!
Yeah, donāt worry about it. That one not even oxidized that bad. LOL, I had one that good Iād almost consider that as not having any. Just no pressure or youāll see it.
Ive never used fresh wash, so dont know.
I mainly clean hardi-plank, stucco, brick, and stone, so having zero experience with that surface i dont know how it will clean up and at what % ratio. You can still use an xjet and get low pressure, it just needs to be a āmodifiedā xjet, to reduce the pressure.
I will probably leave the jet in the truck on this gig and just use the 12v. I needed an excuse to buy a new fatboy anywho.
Good deal! Iāll make it worth my time! Thanks for all the info sir!
