I use Roofr.com. Those guys do great work. You pay 10 bucks and they’ll get you a full breakdown on the roof including slope (for some steeper slope is more $) and the PDF they send you has the total square footage on the top right which factors in the slope. They say they take up to two days to send, but I always get mine in about 2 hours. They’re a company for roofing contractors so they can figure the drip edge, valley area, etc. We only need square footage. What’s cool is you can do your own for free after you learn how to use the software. If you’re at a 12/12 vs a 6/12, you would be surprised at how much square footage of a difference there is there. Lastly, google, bing, etc all have their own pictures and they’re taken in different seasons too, so tree coverage on those photos may not be an issue when the leaves drop. Been doing mine like this for about 2 years and love it.
