Best way to clean pavers?

I’ll look into that, the poly sand was difficult to manage to water it in.

If you’re doing a re-sand where there is still some sand in the joints, I like using the polysand and the joint stabilizing sealer over it. Otherwise you’ve got to dig out about 1.25" of the old sand and a lot of the time a good portion of the sand is still good, it’s just accumulated stuff on top and maybe come out in places. Just fill in the bad spots, even it all out with new sand .
Couple of key things is use good poly sand, not the stuff with cement in it you get at big box stores and take your time watering in. Just mist it the first coat, then light shower a couple more times with about 10min in between to make sure you get it wet all the way thru. When you come back to seal, got to make sure, you clean up any of the sand that floated out around the edges of the pavers before you seal. Usually just sweeping with stiff broom will do it. Blow one more time and then seal.

Of course everyone has their own way but I’ve found it better to use the surface cleaner first, then blend in the edges where necessary with the turbo sprayer or tip. Had an issue once where I did it the opposite way and the tip made a more definitive line at the edges than the SC did. Took a bit to make it look even.

My pressure washing store was out of turbo nozzles and I used a green tip. Did use a good surface cleaner first. Now that I own a turbo I could definitely see what you’re talking about. Lol oops
