Best salsa EVARRR!

1/2 med onion diced
3-4 med avocados diced
3-6 serrano peppers
8-12ish tomatillos
1-2 Garlic cloves
Pepper, lots of it!

Dice up yer avocads and onion. Boil yer tomatillos and peppers. Once they turn light color green and kinda mushy pull them out and toss into blender along w the garlic to liquefy. Pour into bowl and chunk in yer avocads and onions. This salsa has minimal salt and twice the pepper. So maybe 1/2 tablespoon pepper and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Whip it up. Dip your chip. Stuff your face. Finish the bowl.


If you throw that in a blender or food processor and then marinate some mahi with it, then grill…supa good! (I bet)

On the topic of salsa. I marinated 5 lbs of deer ham sliced into strips in 2 jars of Paul Newmans pineapple salsa and 2 cans of cheerwine. Smoked for 6 hours. Best jerky ever

Never had Bambi meat. I take it back yes I have. Way too gamey flavored for me. Kinda dry too. Don’t you have to dehydrate it or does smoking do the trick?
