Best detergent for vinyl siding

Hi guys, Im pretty new to power washing. Can anyone recommend a really good detergent for vinyl siding? Ive been using Enviro Klean ReVive but I’m not too happy with the results and its very expensive. It removes algae just fine but not dirt spots or water marks.

I saw on the forum some of you recommend Oxalic to clean rust areas. Is that good for general cleaning as well? I thought of adding bleach too but I dont want to damage anyone’s flowers and shrubs.

Thanks for any advice

Elemonator from Bob at PressureTek. Best stuff out there to add to your HW mix.

That crap is just biowash rebranded. Enviro klean that is.

I think it’s safe to say 99.9% of the professionals on this forum use bleach (sodium hypochlorite or SH for short) as the primary ingredient in their house washing mix. It’s cheap, effective, and easy to use- there’s nothing else like it. And combined with a quality surfactant (soap) like eLemonator, it’s darn near foolproof.

If you take good care to rinse plants before and after the house wash, and don’t mix the bleach crazy strong, you should have no problems with harming landscaping.
