How would you guys approach this roof as far as mix ratio. I’m thinking a 30 -35% sh to water mix with Cling -on added. It looks more dusty than anything else with a few minor mold areas that the mix should take care of easily. I get my sh locally at 10.5% strength
Yep, that’s what I would use. No gutters so be careful, but your probably already used to that. Roof doesn’t look bad at all.

I did complete this roof cleaning project and I must say that these are a different beast than shingles or tiles. Its a two step process to cleaning these roofs. I was able to use a 40% sodium hypochlorite mix but the cleaning chem must be sprayed on, given a short dwell time and then rinsed with low pressure (500 psi). This was my first roof like this and there is not much info out there about this type roof, so it was learn as I go.
