I’ve searched this forum and spent quite a bit of time searching the web. I am looking for a professional grade electric (preferably battery powered) chemical sprayer (solid construction, viton seals, etc…). My primary use will be for applying per carbonate solutions and neutralizers for wood deck cleaning & also for the occasional spot treatment of sodium hypochlorite solutions. I want something mobile (hand carried or dolly mounted). I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks to anyone who responds and I hope everyone is off to a good start for 2018.
I don’t know if this works for what you’re trying to do, but worth looking into. I’ve seen them used in a couple videos from companies in the UK and saw really good reviews on the facebook pressure washing buy sell trade page probably 6 months ago when someone was trying to sell one.

Thanks for the tip! The product has great reviews and apparently works with about any chemical solution. Brass & Viton fittings, with a warranty. I ordered through J Racenstein. Added a brass quick connect for wash tips.

From what I can tell it’s the softwash tool of choice across the pond. Hope it makes you a ton of money!

I have an IPS sprayer. It’s real handy for the occasional odd job spraying acid or what not. Have even used for post treating a drive, but slow for that. Has pretty good range, but would probably never use for any big job, just has small flow. If you need to shoot F9 up 20’ on a rust spot it’s perfect.
There are several others that will do what you want. PWS has one, F9 has one, Sealnlock makes one and chemcaddy has one - http://chemcaddy.com/
Or just take a box or cooler and make your own. 2.2gpm 12V from Northern tools, small battery, and some 3/8" hose.

These are Called coiljet used for cleaning hvac coils but for what ur talking about seems to be the trick
These can withstand harsh chemicals
Should be since coil cleaners are Acid and Alkaline based.
That coiljet is Expensive…
