Bankruptcy

Stop I’ve been renting my shop for last 6 or 7 years. Tried to buy my shop and surrounding buildings many times but landlord won’t sell. Got a letter from bankruptcy attorney today notifying me to send rent checks to him. Called him. Buildings to be sold st tax value to satisfy debt. I own some town homes but I may be a rental magnate soon

That’s awesome. Not the bankruptcy… but if you can’t pay your bills…

A little jealous though… All I bought today is an old coke vending machine truck.

Nice indeed. Call it a cheerwine truck. No one will know the difference

I had to go back to the factory we washed over the weekend to get a barrel of SH. I’ve been waiting on a new muffler and inspection and it came back right on time. The tommy gate made it way faster than pumping it all out of that barrel and into a barrel on the trailer.

If you buy all those shops you should turn one into a membership only gun range. I use to belong to one in Chesapeake, VA and you can scan into it with a keycard any time you wanted. That place made bank too. No one on staff. Lights only on when someone was there. One toilet. And I never saw anyone else there. It must’ve been bringing in $10-12k monthly with almost no overhead except someone to restock the target area and empty the trash.

I’m kinda zoned for storage only but since most of us here don’t have customers coming on premises the fire marshal leaves us alone. Nice idea. Bet insurance is high on a place like that

Patience pays off sometimes.

@squidskc… was it Norfolk County rifle Range?

Where the pics?

Speaking of trucks, you got that flatbed running yet?

I’m beginning to think he really doesn’t like washing. I think he likes to tinker. You may be a bad influence on him. Once he comes to your shop, he probably won’t post any washing pics for 6 months, lol.

That’d be great if you could pick up some of those buildings, especially yours.

@squidskc Yah I’ve been waiting to see that thing! What’s the word?

Tell him your interested in buying to KEep you in the loop , I would also talk to my realtor

I haven’t had a spare second to work on the damn thing. But the ol’ coke truck I actually bought way less than KBB value for the sole purpose of selling it and buying a new flat bed since I don’t know the next time I’ll have any time to fix the old one.

I love washing. Which is why it hasn’t had any work done. Lol. It runs great. It’s the flat bed that was bad. Like I said above I haven’t had a spare second. I only bought the coke truck because I intend on reselling it immediately. I have had good luck with great deals and this one should net a $3k profit.

Enough for a new flatbed. Lol. It’s an auction truck and my landlord sold it to me for just a little more than he paid for it.

Here’s the truck. I bought it with the intention of using it to wash out of at first until I started looking up values and what they’re selling for locally. Then the light bulb went off to buy to sell it. I’ll get some better pics tomorrow when it’s light out.

I will miss the tommy gate though and I’ve only had it for a day. Haha

That’s pretty sweet looking. Heck just throw a 10’ aluminum flat bed on it.

Here’s a few more

Besides being a Chevy, it looks pretty rad for washing. If you can make 3K on it though, its a no-brainer. Sell, sell, sell!

oh man, hatin’ on a Chevy. Thought we were cool @HookNLadderPW. Lol. I’m a chevy man through and through. Trucks for the business are Chevy’s, my wifes SUV is a Chevy, thinking about nicknaming my kid Chevy. Lol. Why the hate?
