I was doing an estimate the other day and part of it included cleaning their composite decking/railing/spindles. What I saw was different than the typical composite I have seen. In researching, I believe it to be a Bamboo composite. It seems like it should clean up fine (supposedly very mildew resistant and I didn’t see any, just dust light dirt) like other composites but I’m wondering if anyone else has come across this? The decking has spray marks in it from the last person to wash it, so it can be damaged. I pointed it out to the home owner and she is not too concerned. She is just looking to freshen up everything. I think it might be this flooring or a competitor.
