Ball valves sources

Searched amazon and found mostly cheap Chinese high pressure heat rated ball valves (stainless).

Anyone know where I can find high pressure high heat stainless ball valves with a metal handle?

Went to the normal hydraulic site, didn’t have what I wanted, Amazon is worthless as it has 17 different drop shippers for the same crap product, and google search is awash in crap I didn’t ask about. Saw one or two at 5k psi but with plastic handles on power washer stores (different companies).

Why do I want that? well, i am hard on handles, its gonna sit outside, and I don’t trust plastic handles after a freeze thaw cycle (one boo boo too many). I saw a couple of metal handle ones, but people were complaining the screw was coming out (I could fix it with some threadlock, but I am not fixing brand new stuff).

Anywho, thanks for any info. I have been buying my stuff lately, watching account dwindle, wishing I would have had more set aside. On a side note as soon as I ordered stuff we get a couple of inches of snow, is God telling me to stay clear of PW? Or did I just not look at the weather before ordering?

Wellllll I’m not the religious sort, but I imagine it has more to do with being early feburary, than the effect of any deity. …

Now if you’ll excuse me I have to go figure out why I’m suddenly having to deal with all these grasshoppers…

Powerwash store sells stainless ball valves for about $60. Call the one in Wisconsin ask for Alex. For some reason they are not on the website but they have them, I just bought two of them.

Thanks I’ll check it out if that stuff on ebay isn’t what I want

Yeah it was tongue in cheek, when I just reread it I thought I might catch some grief for having done that. Some people are touchy about the subject. It’s February in PA, if we aren’t getting snow then we are getting cold, sleet, freezing rain, or the occassional 50+ degree day to throw off your ability to acclimate to the northern weather.

Are these high pressure tho? Seem really cheap!

Thise ebay prob arent hi press. Likely for gas, like 900psi

pressuretek Sells a heavy duty one for about $40
