I was able to do a live interview with Chris (@SchertzServicesLLC ) tonight on Facebook. It was awesome getting to talk with him about the Schertz Box, his future plans for a box for gas powered systems, his mowing and nursery businesses as well. If you’ve seen his posts you know he can tell a good story and his interview was just as fun (hearing him talk). Thanks again Chris and I’m sure the lucky winner of your box is ecstatic.
I also saw @Firefighter4hire, @SurfaceTherapy, @DJPWS, and @Hotshot on the stream. Great seeing ya’ll pop in.

Ive called, texted, messaged with no response. Anybody know if the boxes are in stock? How long they take to ship? Thanks
So, I think Barron’s doesn’t place an order with him until they are out of stock. I ordered 3 now about a month ago. One arrived in 3 days. Two haven’t got here. Order straight off of his website and I think you’ll get them faster
I have had a slew of missed calls and texts the last few weeks. Probably 30 a day. I’m trying to get back to everyone as fast as I can

Usually it’s faster to get them from a vendor. But we have been getting the run around with a particular vendor for the major part of the box. Won’t say names but I was told when I ordered valves 2 months ago it would be 45 days. I found out Wednesday it won’t be until mid July before they have them shipped to me.
Try harder…
And I’m not upset. Heck, kudos for having the best one on the market. It’s worth the wait

Supply chain issues are affecting everyone. I ordered an aluminum railing for my steps, told I should expect it later September early October…if the order goes through. The fencing/decking shop I went to can’t even get the composite decking in, and when they do the contractors buy whatever they have immediately. They don’t even care what color it is. He said Homeowners are being told take this kind (at inflated prices) or get nothing this year. Crazy.

Is there a resource for troubleshooting the shertzbox? Mine suddenly stopped working yesterday.
What’s it doing? Do you have the new white computer or black one? Have you tried a new remote? 90% of the time it’s the remote. Also make sure the remote is on (side button on the remote)
Check battery’s in remote.
Check the terminals at the battery. If you didn’t use heat shrink terminals they could be rotten. Cut back a few inches of wire and put new ends on.

Also I appreciate everyone’s patience this summer when units have been so far back ordered! I had a huge shipment leave the shop today for the wholesaler and should cover most of the back ordered units from vendors.

Also, make sure your battery has a good charge. I had an issue with mine draining the battery in like two days because I was using a small motorcycle battery. After going up to a deep cycle battery I have not had any issues whatsoever.

I connected my Schertz box, 12v, and pressure washer to the same deep cycle battery after reading some posts on here lately.
Also installed a 6-gang switch box to make sure the Schertz box and 12v get turned off after each job. It’s been real handy so far.
