Can I ask how long you feed line 1" suction hose is? I’m sure shorter is better, but want to know how much I can stretch it.

About 5 ft, it runs up hill a couple of feet. I had a 16ft box truck once with about a 20 ft run to the machines

This section I just had the jumper line from unloader to reel inside of it so it doesn’t vibrate on the floor and wear thru

Ohhh, I got the two lines confused. 6 feet long the unit about 2 feet higher with just a little more bends is what I was planning on doing with my set up, so this is reassuring. I guess I will find out in a couple of days when I am done and fire up the machine. Thank you!

Nice!!

@Sharpe is going for bonus points by having both stickers on the box.

Chris,

I do not know if I uploaded these correctly…my son fabricated a mount for the back of the box and mounted it to the hose reels…works great…

That threaded rod tensioners coming home with me, very slick!

@theDuke2345 is looking strong here. Love the build.

Thank you @seanktm, downsized from a 6.5’ x 12’ to a 5’ x 8’…needed the extra space in my garage. Definitely makes you plan your layout to utilize all the space…have two 35 gal tanks in front of the 125 gal buffer tank and a 4’ tool box…concentrating more on house washing, exterior window cleaning and pressure washing sidewalks, patio’s & driveways…

Good deal @MuscleMyHustle, I used them on my 1st trailer build also…have the front of the unit mounted with removable bolts on the front and the turn buckle on the rear…easy to remove to service and secures it very well. Thank you…

You both did an awesome job!

I get more satisfaction out of seeing pictures of these things mounted to rigs than y’all will ever know! It’s so neat that the birth of something happened before our eyes on a forum. I don’t know who or how it got named the schertz box officially. But I know I had a big pack of stickers show up on my door one day from @Sharpe and the stone was set!

You all are the best! It may be tedious sitting in the shop building these things for hours on end but it becomes worth it when folks call or message me that they love it! It’s kind of funny that I scroll Facebook and just occasionally see one of them in a picture on a rig by someone I don’t know that posted it on a power wash Facebook page. They aren’t always even talking about the box. But I see it instantly lol
