BACK ORDERED Remote downstream controller (The Schertz Box)

So when you want to rinse what you are washing you’ll just move the tubes manually?

So here is my set up now

The brass and blue filter drops into my soap (have two of these). They are connected to my 3 way poly valve (you may be able to see it in the photo).

So my thought process is that instead of that poly ball valve, I put the box in its place. I use a dual lance so I can draw soap that way. If I have my lance wide open then it doesn’t pull soap. Or I can use a soap nozzle to draw the soap and then switch to a regular 15 degree nozzle to stop drawing soap from my DS Injector. This box just eliminates the ball valve and the walking back and forth. I believe. @Hotshot, am I tracking correctly here?

And to rinse the ball valve in the box, I drop those brass fittings and filters in the bucket of water to rinse everything out when I am done for the day

I smell what your cookin! Yea it should work. Kinda what I had mentioned on switching tips to stop the soap draw.

Completely missed that line.

I thought it would work, just wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing something as this is all kinda new to me.

I may be hitting you up shortly. Trying to get these 3 accounts that I have on my radar to start justifying buying “nice to have” things for the business. But then again, I may just say screw it and go for it if the 2 step gun @hotshot may get to look at tomorrow is not up to snuff.

Well please make sure you take into consideration that I’m booked out a month right now. I don’t want to open up orderes and tick anyone off if I can’t get it done in a timely manner.

perfectly fine. I can make do with what I have right now. I believe @squidskc is right down the road from me, he ordered one right? I’ll just take his if it takes too long

Yeah man, your thinking right. His box will eliminate your three way poly valve. Push one button for acid apply. Turn off, clear high pressure line. Then push other button for soap, turn off and start rinsing. Then end of job, drop poly tubes in fresh water and hits buttons one by one to rinse out and clean… :+1:,my advice, get 2 remotes

I made my own. Still works like a champ. If it goes down I’ll probably buy a ball valve from Schertzy to swap it out with. I bought cheap ones, but they’re doing what I need the to do.

Ok Schertz, I used the box for the first time today, I love it. Worked great.

Man, took you long enough :joy: but glad you like it!

Inside of Russ’s valve for anybody interested. The valves needed to be tightened and there was a small piece of plastic lodged in the valve itself vGood to go now

I don’t use these valves? Wrong thread?

Schertz can you give a status on the additional remote ordered? Panicked today misplaced mine but found it.

Did not see you responded until just now. I was just leaving it there for comparison. IMO these don’t look like near as good as quality as banjo, yours, or even the US solo valves, but I haven’t had any problems out of it except it came loose from the box and had to be retightened.

Made it today. Thanks

No sir, open the box then open the black lid. Press the little black button in top right corner. Push A on the remote.

Should be functional

Close it up good and wash on!
