Average Ticket Price

Dang Mr. Picky. I’m a one man show too and I shut down for the winters (wish I was a hunter but I don’t have anyone to go with/show me the ropes) but I do clean gutters and wash decks and concrete. I try my best to price myself out of wood restoration jobs. Do you have a minimum service charge set up? I don’t get off the couch for less than $150.

Awesome, I’m getting my chem list together and keep seeing f9 mentioned again and again so I’ll definitely be trying some, thanks again.

Yeah, I’ve read the most recent thread about it probably five times. I really appreciate that they actually try to fix problems and aren’t afraid of criticism or feedback from their customers.

That’s about $60 a month for me but I’m pretty sold on it due to the automatic follow up and reminder emails and the templates you can use/edit for it.

If you haven’t already, you can order a sample pack from pressuretek and play around with that to see what you like and what works. I didn’t go that route but it probably would have saved me some money in the short term. Luckily, this place is full of helpful people and they turned me on to the right stuff for different jobs before I blew all my money.

Markate does that also

I think Markate offers all those as well and I think it’s roughly half or two thirds that price. Are you already using CF?

Does markate charge per user?

I think we locked in at $39 a month.

Nope just going off of what I’ve read on the site and what people here have said. I am definitely using a crm this year but won’t sign up for one till about March.

I edited to say “many” gutters/decks.

1 story homes i do gutters only as add on… and charge enough for me not to hate my life while doing them.

Decks, i wont touch a nice deck cause i hate the process and honestly dont know wood well enough take on a nice looking wood. Painted wood, composite tack it on for a cheap(ish) price.

Honestly, i say my minimum is $100, but really depends on circumstance.

That’s better than what @anon37135677 is considering. Did you have to schmooze for that price?

The price is locked in whenever you join up. This was a few years ago.

Just make sure you do it with enough advance so that you can work out any bugs before you actually need to use it. The more advanced the crm the more bugs you’ll have. We used Salesforce in the car business and it was awesome but seemed like it crashed a lot because they were constantly fooling with features.

Ah okay. Thanks Mr. Cooper!

Are you referring to an employee being able to look at work orders, clock in, etc? If so I think that is an addition $5.

I am a one man show so I just use the app on my phone when out and about, and the desktop at night.

Definitely. I’ll need the time to figure it all out. Besides the odd gutter cleaning job and the wash job I’m going to do for a friend in the next couple of weeks, I don’t have anything booked until mid March. That’s around the time things should pick up again.

That’s exactly how I am. I kick off middle of March but I’m doing one Saturday for a customer that has a real estate staging business. She’s also a member of one of the BNI groups here so I’m going to tag along to a meeting. Do you have those in Maple Syrup Land?

There are business networking groups but not any BNI that I know of in my city. Let’s not talk about maple syrup right now, I need to cut out the late night snacking… we’ll just say I’m quite a bit heavier than I was this time last year.
