I cant choose anything other than 16pt paper. Looking for 115-120lb paper.
I need full color one side and black on back side. Options are limited.

The closest would be 14 pt stock, which is comparable to 130 lb.
This is not available for 4x6 postcards through the AtCost site.
You can check our website open to the public, .
Some flyers are available in 14 pt stock, in 4.25x6.

Ok thx.

Hi there. Im currently trying to order Lawsigns but am unable because when it asked me to enter my billing address before it sends me to the cart it just sits there and spins “Please Wait”. Re-opened webpage multiple times, entered my address different multiple times…no luck.

I finally got it figured out…but geez that was a ridiculous process!

Hi,

The program in ATCOST is designed for artwork that has already been created. It is not designed to create templates from scratch; that is why you had difficulty.

In regards to the design work you want done, there is a $50/hour fee. There is no minimum, and it looks like your cost should only be around $25. The WCRA also does edit work; you can download their templates for free, and submit them for editing. They also have a fee of $50/hour. Please let me know how you would like to proceed, thank you.

Ok I get that. But where do I choose one of the “options”/ “already disigned templates”. I feel like you took my $200 and I’m going to get one of the designs I saw on your site I don’t want. How do you know I want “Hosewash” on it and not “Gutter Cleaning”.

As I said, when you placed your order, you were given the option to upload your artwork. This was for artwork already completed. If you want design work done that you pay for, you tell us EXACTLY what you want, we design it, you proof it and when you are satisfied with the artwork you pay for it. On the WCRA/PWRA website, you sign in, and download one of THEIR templates for free. You can then send it to them to edit or edit it yourself. We are not doing anything with your money other than printing what you want, and if you ask other members they will attest to how great our prices are and how good our work is. We have personally designed many WCRA members business cards, lawn signs, folders, door hangers… and every person has been completely satisfied. If you are unhappy with the situation, we will gladly cancel the order and refund your money if that is what you would like to do. Please let me know.

I guess it’s a process I’ll just have to get used to. I know y’all do good work and that’s why I ordered. I did what you said above. I uploaded a pic of someone else’s sign you did and my logo i want in place of theirs. So I’m sure it will be fine!

The misunderstanding is the type of artwork uploaded. When artwork is uploaded with your order, it is completely finished, print ready artwork. The images you uploaded do not work- these are images that needed to be sent to us with a design request explaining exactly what you would like. We can do the design work for you based on what you told us in your messages, and we will send you a proof when it is ready.

Yes you’re def right! Sorry been a long long day! So I would’ve just needed to upload the template I wanted from the WCRA website and then upload when I was checking out over that atcost. Sorry for the confusion.

No worries, I am sending you the template we designed through a website called wetransfer. The file is too big for email. This is the print ready PDF file you will get to keep and upload onto the ATCOST site to place the actual order. Please let me know if you need any changes and make sure all spelling and phone numbers are correct.

You can do blatant copying of other people’s advertising? I’m not being sarcastic.

No, it is legal to recreate a template with slight changes. It is not copyright infringement because it is not the same design. He submitted the design he liked, and we recreated it. We are not blatantly copying other peoples advertising.

Thank you for the clarification. I’ll have to visit your guy’s website. I’m assuming you do logos as well?

Yes, we do.

In this case because the order is already placed, we can upload the artwork for you. We can send you an invoice for the design work. The template is now yours, and you can save it to upload for future orders.
