Is it the felt stuff or the plastic looking grass?
It was the plastic kind. We ended up just using a ton of pressure to remove all the large chunks of growth. Nothing i want to do again anytime soon, a real pita.

I didnt take any when we completed. We got the chunks of growth off which is what the client wanted based on the low price. It was still dark in spots which they were ok with.
