Oil stain on driveway. Tried to use chemical degreaser. Chemical degreaser leaked onto asphalt road. Stained it. We live in HOA neighborhood. Tried to hose it down with garden hose did not work but then tried pressure wash it with Ryobi surface cleaner with 2100 psi. Well my husband tried to but did a half arse job. Now there are squiggly lines and circle ring “streaks,” “stains” whatever you call it. Desperately need to fix this I am embarrassed to leave our house because of how ugly this is and we live in a brand new community. All of our neighbors look after their house and the community. I feel like the black sheep. Should we just leave it alone until it hopefully just gets dirty and blends in with the road since it’s a new development? Or is there hope for a solution? We already tried paying a pressure washing company $400 to help they said they would try no promises. They tried and it didn’t get better (or worse). But they just tried going over it again with a pressure washer (less PSI, flat tip nozzle).
I would try finding a more reputable company. At minimum they should be able to do something with the driveway. Where are you located?
More concerned with the asphalt road. Driveway fixed. Located in Hawaii island of Oahu.
I would look into hiring a asphalt/sealcoating company to fix that.
