what is the Nm on the actuator flowpro uses? Which size F03? Is the drive 9mm? Those are the three aspects you need to know. Your ball valve is almost surely 9mm (it is if its square), you can measure the bolting pattern yourself but I bet its F03 and I’d shoot for 20 Nm of torque.
You can probably find a better one than Flowpro uses.
Its gnarly that you wore out an actuator….most of them are rated for 70,000 or so cycles…you sure its the actuator and not the ball valve itself, the latter being wear items that are on a 1 year maintenance replacement cycle.
PS I’m not going to text you because if I do then I’ll end up pestering you with 18453043 questions over the next few months (ask Racer about his inbox lol) and I don’t want to subject you to that

Yes, it was the actuator, not the ball valve. Removed the valve and still motor no turny
the trick to using a different actuator will be finding one that I know will mate up to the special housing that lets you use a standard dn10 valve. Most all the actuators I’ve found online rely on an integral mount/flange on the valve.
Oh, and feel free to blow up my phone, lol.
