I use Jills Office. Best money I’ve ever invested into the business. I don’t ever have to answer the phone anymore, which is perfect for me. The Jills take down all the information I need and let folks know we will reach back out within 1 business day (via email for quotes). I almost never talk to clients anymore… it’s great!

I. Hate. Voicemails.
Partly because i have bad cell phone signal half the time and one word out of two cuts off, or the person talks so fast you have to listen to it 5 times to get the info. Online contact form, text messages or email is way more practical. All calls i get i just ask them to fill out our online contact form.

@Racer… watch the burnout! It’s a red flag when we start worrying that the phone will ring again.
Do something for your mental health… there’s no points for burning out!
