I know this is not really your question but I thought I would throw it out there. I gave up relying on a 3rd party to fix my equipment and have turned to Facebook forums and YouTube and have been able to fix everything on my equipment except a fuel pump that went out on my Vanguard and was under warranty. Burners are relatively simple beasts and Powerwashstore.com did a really nice video on diagnosing burner issues. You can find just about anything on the above referenced sources. If you don’t have the time to jack with it, that’s a different story. :slight_smile:
