I can’t imagine that great cause it’s so dry you won’t get all the organic stains and growths like here in the Midwest. But I could be totally wrong

I bet there’s plenty of business there. Over 500k population. Plenty of guys have made it big in Phoenix, which is a bigger city, but hotter and drier. Looking at some of the companies out there, looks like lots of concrete cleaning and commercial. If you have hot water you should be good.
I was just about to say, even though there may or may not be any organic buildup like algae, I bet there are lots of oil stained parking lots, tire marked drive throughs, parking garages, warehouses, fleet washing, airports, restaurant cleanings, rust removal jobs, etc.
