The renewall works great so far I’m still playing around with but I did try it out on a deck about in the same shape. I Applied with pump sprayer mixed 10:1 dwell 10 mins and rinsed very easy. 1000 psi 40 degree tip. camera on my phone isn’t working every pic I take is blurry and cants make out pic. But @squidskc When I get pics I’ll do before and after of the deck I promised u.

No. Throw that thing as deep in the woods as you can and forget you every owned it. Surface cleaners and water brooms DO NOT belong on wood despite what some other people here have said.
@SPC I took on a deck this week to try that stuff out. You can see the difference in the left stair post versus the right. It’s under a shade tree and still wet so the pics don’t do it justice, but I called the customer to follow up and she said it looks like a totally different deck.

Renew all. It says 10:1 with water. I figure I’m at a point now where I can take calculated risks and can replace a deck of it burns it down. Lol
I went 9:1 with water after soaking the deck first. Dwell 15 minutes on the dot. Did it in two parts.
From what I understand you won’t get the fuzzies if you wet everything down first. The customer was delighted. Who knows though. May have to replace a deck this time next year. Lol
