I think this one is perfect. But I’d put it on a white back ground with blue lettering. Easier to see early morning when the suns not all the way up or on a shaded street

If they’re strategically placed you want people to see them when they’re stopped. Or their speed is way down. But yeah. Simple is best.

adjust the tracking and kerning and its all set.
The terms House washing and soft washing never really worked for me in Houston. But pressure washing in large text with homes, driveways, patios, fences in smaller text with the phone number large text again. Has been on point for me this season this season. With white back with blue lettering.
I see what you mean. I did that to help fill the space. It didn’t look right when I made the text bigger while being closer.

Just ordered some yard signs from @nitty34 and I can’t say enough good things about the customer service and the quality of the product I received. I reached out to him at the beginning of this past week to inquire about his services and by Wednesday I had my proofs & by Friday my signs were delivered.
