Are the check and control valves tight/sealed on the proportioner?
Dont use Teflon on pvc or plastic. Go make sure you didn’t crack anything when tightening up everything.
Use this instead

Ya know it’s like they can always go a little tighter maybe due to the slip of the Teflon? I know not to over tighten but I’m sure they are as tight as possible b4 cracking
That’s your issue…take everything apart and upset rid of the Teflon
*get rid
Thing is that when it’s primed and the lines are filled w water pump shuts off and system is ‘pressurized’ I didnt see but 2 leaks: gun (in pic u can see a ft long hose for gun just for testing); & Pump outlet. Nothing on proportioner/mix valves. Or before pump.
Dumb question: accumulator goes downstream of pump correct? Cause that’s how I have it plumbed as per pics on pressuretek. And I doubt that has any affect on air pockets. Will use the pipe dope. Hope that’s it
Yes accumulator is after pump. Hmm maybe Teflon’s not your issue, but I’ve had leaks that I couldn’t find and after changing a fitting or tightening something up boom it’s fixed. 12v can be finicky.
Are your lines all the same length that run to the SH and h2o?
W & SH lines are equal length. Do u guys run foot/check valves at bottom of draw tube? We use em in car wash to keep soaps in draw hose for proper dilution.
We’ve used only slotted pvc to filter at the suction ends of water and sh.
Check with @FrankPeters if you dont have a Lowes nearby.
YOU GUYS ROCK!! I’m super stoked about my new 12v!!! The pipe dope did the trick. Must’ve had some air draw somewhere. The proportioner looks like crap w all the residue on it now but it works. Muchos Gracias!!
Glad it worked out!
