Adwords Keyword Format

Hey guys, just switched from Adwords Express to full on Adwords. I’m currently setting up my ad groups like:

Pressure Washing
+Pressure +Washing
+Pressure +Washing +Service
+Pressure +Washing +Service +Near +Me
etc…

Power Washing
+Power +Washing
+Power +Washing +Service
+Power +Washing +Service +Near +Me
etc…

Is this a correct format? Or should I ditch the “+Keyword” style?
I believe the tutorial called this modified batch keyword

Thanks for any input

Ouch! You’re setting yourself up for major failure.

for +power +washing you will show up if someone looks up “power washing flyers” “genrac power washer” home depot power washer" unless you have negative keywords in your account. I have developed a negative keyword list for power washing companies with over 500 keywords. Definity do research before you go live.

Building out your own campaign is hard. A good starting point would be find out what area you want to target ad very specific keywords. For Example If your in bergen county , find out what towns are within that county and do (+paramus +power +washing) (+cliffside +park +power +washing) . Make sure you do each town and also make sure your ad says something along "Paramus Power Washing Service- Homeowner Trusted For X Years. Or whatever highlight your business will have. Theres also many ad groups you can make for each type of buyer intent that will hold separate keywords. EACH IN DIFFERENT AD GROUP- (+power +washing +companies) (+power +washing +services) (+power +washing +estimate) Once this is done you also want to write down all your services and variations of your services and think of how people can look you up. For example, if you clean roofs would’nt you want to show up for (+roof +moss +removal +services) I have hundreds of ad-groups on my clients accounts. It’s alot of work but setting you account up properly will ensure very profitable success for the future! Feel free to reach out, and ill give you a free 30 minute strategy session.
