Advice on how to tackle first commercial job

I have my first commercial job for a restaurant this week.

I’ll be wrapping all the metal elements with plastic and tape first including the entire door. I’m concerned about the black paint possibly fading so I’m using a 5.25% concentration of SH that I plan to direct downstream inject at a 7:1 ratio from my 4gpm washer.

I’ll also be washing the sidewalk and using northstar heavy duty degreaser at a 1:20 ratio. Any tips for gum removal without hot water? I won’t be using any pressure except for the surface cleaner.

We use a knock-off labelled “Gum Buster” from our local supplier…Panhandle has a similar product called “Sidewalk cleaner”…I’m sure someone knows what these really are, and I’m sure there are things out there that are probably the same chems. We used it last on a dollar store entry, gum everywhere…sprayed it on each spot, 5 minute or so dwell, and “scrape” it off with a good fan tip as your “blade”. I’m sure hot water would have made it easier, but we didn’t have it on that job…
