A special thank you to Heath and his team over at Texas Pressure Washing!

This goes out to Heath Felps and his team over at Texas Pressure Washing!

I’m Aiden Lee, a 20 year college student in Georgia. I came across this industry and fell in love with it immediately, pouring in all the extra man hours into researching how I could make this work for myself and the best way that I could do it. In my many hours of research, I stumbled across Heath and we got to talking. Throughout this 4-5 month process of me getting all the lists together, forming everything, buying everything, obtain business credit, it was an understatement to say that I was stressed.

Then come last week, the dreams started becoming a reality. I used my funds to purchase all of the equipment that I thought I needed to start a business and turns out, I was missing a whole lot of stuff and no tools to build my trailer with. At this road block, I reached out to Heath to see what could be done. Not only did he agreed to helping me out as his store, he told me that he’d do everything for free of charge and got me a hotel to stay at during my time in Texas. So, with his generosity, I took a leap of faith and went on a road trip with a trailer (never driven with a trailer before) and went outside Georgia for the first time of my life in my time here in America.

When I got there, I’m not really sure what I was expecting, but it definitely wasn’t what I saw and experienced from my time with them. Their team, as big as they are, are complete FAMILY. You hear this being thrown out there all the time from companies, but this is literally the ONE company in my professional career where I really felt like that. Everyone was so connected, communicating with each other, grinding hard as hell, but still having fun and acknowledging each other so well. Working with them was one of the greatest things that I’ve experienced in my life and if I was in Texas, I wouldn’t hesitate to work for them for even one microsecond. We managed to finish my entire trailer with everything on it in a single business day, with everyone constantly working super hard no matter how hard it got, and helping each other out.

While we were working on the trailer, Heath Felps throws another unexpected surprise that we were going to get me a free water tank, 12V pump (Remco 7GPM), proportioner, 12" Hannay hose reel, and hoses for the 12V and supply reels. This was after already plumbing out my entire system, welding on my reels, and giving me every connection that I missed throughout this entire process. I was at a loss for words, but I can’t say anything more about Heath from my time there other than he’s the most forward going person you’ve ever met. I’ve never seen someone so devoted to his team and as selfless as him given his position. It was my pleasure to meet with him and I am eternally grateful to him from now, until maybe when my business will end. But Heath and his team helped me here, and I WILL NOT GIVE UP.

All in all, when I got back, I already finished a job with more lined up throughout the week. I already have about $2,000 worth of jobs in a 5 day period, and this dream couldn’t have been achieved without Heath and his team. So again, thank you so much to everyone helping me out at Texas Pressure Washing and especially to Heath Felps, sticking with me through all my annoying questions and helping me out in my time of need. I’m looking forward to proving myself to all of you guys and building an even further relationship with Heath and his company!

Wash on brothers!

1st Picture: Me and Heath before departing back to Georgia after everything was said and done. Honestly was a sad time to go, I would’ve loved to spend more time with them.

2nd Picture: Only a couple hours in, and look at what the team had achieved! Blew my mind how quickly they worked and how well they did, always treating each other with respect.

For the love of god, please don’t wear the glasses. I don’t care who does or doesn’t like Heath on this forum, but that was pretty nice of him. I know some might say he uses it for advertising or whatever, he could have kept the change in his pocket.

On a side note, I will give you treefiddy for that rig now.

@UnboundPony My experience with Heath has been the same so far! A very helpful guy to someone he doesn’t even know. It’s too bad some people are so cynical they have to always tie kindness back to selfish motives… IMO that just shows us the cynic’s own character, not who they are criticizing. Congratulations on getting started! I can’t wait to see where you go with this. Good luck!

@Dirtyboy I’m sure you know this, but the glasses and crazy shorts are just a marketing/ branding technique. It’s called “make your oddities your commodities.” When people see something way out of place, they unconsciously remember it. I doubt the kid will wear them, it’s just a way for Heath to play that up. I think it’s great.

But if he does, he should take a pic and post it.

It was great meeting you Aidan. Your drive and dedication to learning about the industry is what stood out to me.

It shows too because you share your wins with me vs always asking basic questions. You spend your time learning and teaching yourself how to succeed.

You’re always welcome at my place in Texas.
