The claims are false as there are many moving parts in each of those check valves and that patent doesn’t cover the injector itself. It’s a nice design but it’s expensive to manufacture.
Not to mention even if it could your pressure hose would last about a month or two.

Well my 12v pumps keep taking a dump after about a month of use even with rinsing so I’m about ready to try anything now.

You could always fall back to an xjet if you can settle for 3%
