I’m not sure what kind of setup you’re running but a job like that could be done in 5-7 hours with two people in my opinion. Even your price seems high but I’m in a different market. I would have been happy with $1500. I would feel like I’m robbing someone to accept $4300 for that
Yeah, again I tried to price it using price per square foot on the advice of my partner. I wanted to be at 2900 with an offer to price match (I offered with the original price too). I assumed 10-15 hours of work with me and my partner. That would have put us right where we like to be hour-wise for an all day job. I do wish I came down more to 2400.
