2019 Realistic Goals

After Christmas I will be sitting down with my wife and setting some business goals for 2019. I started my business back up this year with a different mindset. I want to be as realistic as possible with income, systems and growth. I have a couple of ideas but am looking for more ideas and advice. Have any of you set your goals for 2019 yet? If so, what are some of the goals you have set? If you have not set goals for 2019 yet, when will you set them and what are some of the things you will focus on?

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year my fellow Pressure Cleaning brothers and sisters! :snowflake::snowman_with_snow::santa::partying_face::gift:

Right now I have about $4500/month in fleet wash work. Goals for 2019 are to reach $10k/month fleet and $10k/month residential by the end of quarter two. I’m going all out and pouring a few grand into advertising and planning a route to hit the pavement in every neighborhood in my tri city area. Also going to stop saying no. Last year I turned down too many small jobs under $250. This year is make it or break it so $100 or $1000 for a job I’m going to do it and get my name out there and hopefully a review on Google and Facebook from it lol.

I’ll be doing a lot more marketing and advertising.
I’ll focus on one city in particular and select neighborhoods in it

Focus on marketing and advertising all throughout the season, not just the slow times.

Focus on building systems, employee on boarding, how to deal with complaints etc.

Get myself out of the truck 100% by June. (We start April 1st)

Should have been more specific…create a marketing calendar, and be disciplined enough to follow it. Adapt if needed
