Well I certainly hope water comes out of the ‘bottom holes’. Are you referring to something else?
not the spray nozzles. they are like bypass holes or something

More than likely a bad seal in the rotary union
Those are called weep holes. They’re there to tell you the seals have gone bad. Time for a rebuild
replaced o rings did not fix the problem
How did the seat surfaces look when you disassembled it?
ill have to take pics. one looks alittle messed up
If the spring behind the inlet valve is good and the faces of the seats aren’t ate up it shouldn’t be leaking enough to ever notice really.
