2” MPT x 2” FPT Adapter

Banjo, HD, ACE , TSC have all struck out. Can’t find any threaded females on google or amazon. Anybody know where to get this.

Do a coupler with a male pipe nipple. It will be two pieces but will get you where you need to be

2in threaded in pvc is hard to find. Might have to go galvanized

Call Greenleaf or Banjo. They may actually have.

I theory isn’t that just a bulk head fitting

I may not know what your after, maybe these can help.

I think what you are looking for is a riser adapter

Tim this is your video. Before I go an alternate route.

Yes that’s my video

Is that buttress thread or MPT threads coming off the valve on the tote?

Ive located everything else. I sent 2 buttress threads back to banjo I’m ripping out pvc and going to all poly fittings.

You originally screen shot somebody else’s video asking what thread type he has hoping it’s the same as yours??? There’s like 6 or more thread types used on IBC totes.

I don’t think I ever once asked him “Is this the same thread as mine?” What I did ask is which of the two styles it was. Considering I know that is a banjo tee with mpt threads I’m going to assume the male going into the tee is regualr. If It’s a 2” 5/16 or whatever most of the time they form a “nipple.” His does not and the exposed threads are different and appear to be regular threads, ergo this is the adapter that he calls a collar that I was looking for from his video in the first place. He also states in the video that he got them from amazon and hardware stores and random places, second reason and the third why I tagged him in this post. I didn’t even know he was on this forum until he commented on another post minutes ago.

Picture 1 True Schutz valve
Picture 2 Banjo 2” valve.

Are you trying to adapt the Schutz ball valve. That short threaded section is for a dust cap. It’s 2" but I believe it’s threaded in BSP. You can still use 2" NPT fittings with it though. Good luck

You can also use a 2" female coupler and adapt that. Search Banjo 200d

No I pulled the schutz valve and i’m installing the banjo. It will thread directly into the tee, but the problem is the nipples to the left and right stick out too far to clear the cage on the tote.
I am doing a male banjo to female collar ,to male pipe ,to tee as what I and ones above confirmed. But I’d rather have Male banjo to m/f adapter(one piece) to tee.

Thank you. I’ll look again. The problem is coming up with the right search term in amazon.

It’s not 2” threads it’s 2 1/18” european threads. That’s the reason I used the rubber sleeve in the first place.

Do you mean once you build it the tee does not protrude far enough out and the barb adapters interfere with the cage? If so and you’re needing to add length can you not use a 2" NPT threaded pvc coupling and a 2" NPT pvc close nipple to add you the needed length?
