2 gas lines

Id listen to racer. He has one of the cleanest rigs ive seen here.

Sorry. This is the closest I could get for you. Other tank must have been before my flood.

Those quick connects will corrode and the spring will fail. No need for them.

@Innocentbystander can I run 9 feet of fuel? My GX690 is on the floor and the tank will be on the opposite side of my enclosed trailer half way up on the wall.

I can’t see any issue with that if the tank is elevated.

Maybe won’t know till you try my tanks are about 3 ft below my machines and I can only run about 4 ft of fuel line or the fuel pump won’t overcome and pull

If I’m not mistaken, it’s the height, not the length, that’s the issue here. You could go longer than 4’ if your tanks were level with the machines. And I’m betting even further if the tanks were elevated above the machines.

Anecdotal evidence: my machine pulls through 7’ of hose just fine when I’m parked level or facing uphill. But if I park downhill more than 5° or so, the machine starts to struggle and die out. The machine is at the back of the truck, and the tank is near the middle of the truck, about 18” lower.

Definitely the height. Just throwing out scenarios.

My tank will be above both machines. Hopefully that alleviates any problems.
