1750 PSI 8 GPM Pressure Washer

Looking into buying a 1750 psi 8 gpm. Wondering if that is good for using with a surface cleaner. Any help would be appreciated.

That’s great for commercial maintenance cleaning but if you do some residential “been awhile” cleanings (with heavy lichen) you would need to plan on shocking it with strong sodium hypochlorite since the pressure is so low.

That low of PSI for concrete cleaners?

I’ve always been told the ideal for concrete is 3200 PSI or so. 8 GPM sure is gorgeous though, that’ll speed you up dramatically.

Yeah well thats where im confused. I was looking at powerwash.com and saw that one and it just got my interest peaked but i dont want to spend 3000$ and then regret my purchase.

If you are running 3200 in my area then you are the guy tearing up driveways. That’s just too much pressure for a lot of the newer residential concrete around here.

If you are spending $3000 then spend an extra $500 and get an 8 gpm at 3000 psi or 3500 psi.

Strange. We run 4,000 all day long. No issues.

Yeah, do that.
