12v Getting Stronger?

I have a strange (maybe) question about guys who use 12v setups. Does anyone else get more “pressure” as the job goes on ? Is this normal?
Up until this week I have always downstreamed , xjet , or pump up sprayer. Both times using the 12v setup for the first 30 mins of use the strength of the pump is average or weak then all of a sudden it gets a lot stronger? Any insight ?

do a tap dance around the vehicle before spraying.

You may not have primed well to start with or may be just like a race engine, runs best right before she blows, lol.

I’m a terrible dancer though.

Maybe your arms start to get tired and it feels like it’s harder to handle lol

Pretty easy to figure out, do a bucket test.

What’s easy to figure out?
I am 100% sure the pump shoots significantly further after about 20-30 mins of use.
I’m trying to figure out how I can get it fully primed or “stronger” sooner.

Could be something as simple as you’ve unwound more of your hose on the reel at that stage. I’ve got 5 of those pumps operating, trust me, the pump doesn’t get stronger. It’s something else you’re doing.

I feel like at this point its just gotta be that I have air in the hose.
I pull all 250’ of 1/2" kuritech off the reel. I bypass the reel altogether. I am going to try just holding the trigger and cycling my mix back into chem tank for like 5 mins straight.

The mix is shooting significantly higher / further. This was happening on a day with little to no wind so it was very noticeable.

With no wind it will go farther. Battery charge level, thickness of the mix via varying amounts of surfactant, hose being curled up or in a straight line, lots of factors. Maybe you started spraying with the hose coiled up closer to the truck and as you moved farther away it straightened out allowing less resistance?
