I tried to search, but looking to build an inexpensive portable 12v cart to wheel around to difficult access areas. I did see one on here but can’t seem to find it.
Thanks for any suggestions.

Purchase a longer length of hose, take it with you when you need it.
It’s posted on WCR not here:

@dcbrock how much room do you have to store it? How bug of a tank ate you looking for
Not sure what size pump you’re thinking of getting but think of the GPM and the size of the tank you’ll have on the cart. In most cases it’s better to have a stationary set up with a larger tank.
Here’s one I rigged up with a small pump for applying sodium percarbonate and oxalic to large decks and fences. I still use a pump up for smaller jobs but it really saves time when I have a large area to do.
If you’re thinking of using a larger gpm pump to do roofs or jobs that will need a large amount of mix I’m with @anon37135677. Just consider the gpm versus tank size or how much time you’ll need to spend refilling it. A portable 12v can work for certain jobs but wouldn’t work well for doing something like roofs where it will take a lot of mix.
Thanks guys, this would just be for smaller jobs like a brick sign, nasty 2nd story deck or a small patch of bacteria-streaked roof like I had last year. Nothing major like a whole roof.
I’m thinking maybe…2gpm and 100’ of hose with a 5 gallon tank and smallest deep cycle I can find.
The one @TexasPressureWashing posted would be perfect as I already have the cart, box and 5gal tank.
@dcbrock Why do you need deep cycle battery?
That was my understanding, as a regular battery run low on a regular basis will shorten it’s life dramatically.
This may be of some use. Been thinking of doing something similar
This is a very useful thread! I love building stuff like this.
@dcbrock here is one I threw together. It gets a work out and used regular. I use it for transferring chemicals and have a 8 gallon tank I put in the wagon sometimes. Also have a 28 gallon tank I put on a hand dolly if I need it. You want regret building one. The 8 gallon works great with sealer. Also fill the 8 gallon with antifreeze and winterize all my equipment don’t take long at all and works great.
@dcbrock The 8 gallon tank fitts perfect in the wagon. Got it from northern tool. The 28 gallon come from Agri supply.
