I finally found a 12’ trailer locally with tandem axles. It has brakes on one axle and I may add another brake. I plan to add a ladder rack, tool box, tank, reels & PW over the winter. I out are my 5 x 10 very quick and needed a little more room. The guy I bought it from used it once and was going to make a camper. Hence the stabilizers on the 4 corners.

Very nice! I can’t wait to see the updates. To me the 12 foot double axle is the perfect size.
