12' Trailer Build

Just wanted to share my build on a 12’ open trailer. I decided to mount the pressure washer on the back of the trailer for easy access. I currently have a 4 GPM, but will be adding an 8 GPM to the other side. A long way to go, but it will usable soon if I can get time to finish it.

Make sure you’re keeping at least 10% of the entire weight of the trailer on the tongue. It’s one of the reasons most people put the machine up there. If you don’t have 10% on the tongue, you’ll hurt yourself and others.

Thanks. My SH tank, soft wash & tool box will be in the front.

Thanks!

Kind of looks like the same frame I did! Can’t wait to see the turnout and layout you end up with :+1:

Looks like we are neighbors! LOL

Did have a channel from the front to the top rail on 45 degrees? I thought about removing it for a tool box or spare tire mount.

@Dago52

Where are you located ? Also I removed the 45 degree front bar for a toolbox

I am in New Orleans. Who Dat!

I like the effort your putting in :ok_hand:. Little tip for your next build, cut your steel at 45 degrees, less cutting, less welding, less distortion.

LOL, I’ll trade you a 14’ trailer loaded with equipment for it.

Not as much as I would like. But can’t complain.

Just an update on my build. I was able to put the trailer to work this weekend and it worked great and much more efficient. I still need to get my proportioner built for my soft wash set up and add the 8 GPM. Loving it so far.
