Is your 10gpm being run from a 13hp engine? And have you ever tried a 1/2" hose?
You defiantly do not need 3000psi to clean a house or any type of siding material, not even 200psi.

No it is pushed by a big kohler and yes we have used 1/2 inch hose it is to fatiguing to be pulled around all day.
Thats why we use mostly 3/8" hose for residential work and bldg commercial work because itās lighter and causes less fatigue on the operator.
What do you guys think about a 13hp running a 5.5gpm @2500psi? How would it work with a classic or gp hammerhead on concrete?
Greatā¦ Iāll run a 24in surface cleaner on that set up.
I was hoping that would be the case. Im used to running 8gpm@3000psi thru my surface cleaners, I was unsure if 5.5 @2500 psi would be too low to clean properly.
Thats what use and it works fine, not as good/fast as 8gpm/3k PSI w/28" SCer, but fine for me with the amount of concrete work I do.
