We just received our bleach tank and I will be using a Yamada 1/2 air diaphragm to pump out for now because it’s what I have. I have a Finish Thompson drum pump and love that. Thinking I’ll probably looking into an electric pump solution long term. Anyone mind sharing their bulk bleach setup?

I’d just put some backpack straps on it, so you can move it around your shop when needed.

We used a 15 gpm Yamada on our 1000gal tank, and a 25gpm on the larger tank here. Had to setup a whole shop air system, but we “needed” to do that anyhow, this was just a good reason, lol. The 15gpm ran fine off of a vertical Lowes compressor.
Make sure your hose on the tank is long enough to handily reach your usual parking location(s), it’s easy to say “I’ll just move the truck here to fill it”, but if you’re filling multiples, it’s annoying. And put these on the hose/your trucks…best thing we ever did that wasn’t related to washing efficiency. Virtually no drips ever (occasional mis-seating/replacement of the orings).

They’re virtually always double walled, so thus already has a secondary containment…
You’d be surprised, the 1000gal is surprisingly moveable when empty. It did take 4-5 of us to put it up the ramp into a box truck without the forklift though…

It’s a safe tank. The outer part can hold 125%. It basically a tank inside a tank.

We have those fittings ready to go. I’ll finally get to use them. Good point on the hose. We fill for a few local guys too.

Make them buy their own fitting then 
Setup the hose to hang on the tank with the last loop hung over one of the tank pickpoints so it always has a break above the SH level when not in use…just in case.

I’m sure you have figured it out as you’re well organized. I’m just surprised it’s not outside. I thought storing it indoors was a no-go.
